Three Daughters Baking Co.

Housed in the General Store Cooperative, Three Daughters Baking Co is owned and operated by pastry chef Erica Leahy. Erica has over 18 years of experience in pastry and baking. The bulk of her experience is with high end restaurants, Chris Cannon’s Jockey Hollow Bar and Kitchen, Tom Coliccho’s Craft group, Daniel Boulud’s db Bistro Moderne, as well as bakeries and catering companies.

Erica left the restaurant industry to branch out on her own and develop a business to showcase her assorted talents. At the new General Store Cafe + Marketplace, Erica and Three Daughters Baking Co will use be using that experience to bring elevated, seasonal sweet treats to Springfield Ave. In addition, there will be assorted healthy, but hearty savory items for breakfast and lunch.
